* Returns are accepted only in case of Manufacturing Defects, Shipping Damages or Wrong Product Received

* We require you to produce/attach the original purchase invoice and a minimum of two photographs of the product at the time of placing a return/exchange request

* We only accept returns/exchanges, if the item is purchased directly from our website www.nxtgenekart.com

* The product should be returned to us within 7 days from delivery

* We will send you a new replacement as soon as we receive the returned product with packaging intact including accompanying documentation*
